SHOPPING
How do I place an order?
Place products in your shopping cart by selecting the appropriate color and size of each item and then clicking "Add to Cart". When you're ready to purchase, click "Check Out". If you're a returning customer, simply log in and select your payment method and shipping address.
Can I cancel/adjust an order once it's placed?
All orders are final. The order's shipping address is the only thing that can be adjusted after an order is placed.
PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING
Is my order shipped right away?
No. Becuase we do not stock inventory of any branded merchandise, your order is created on-demand after it is placed. Production time is generally 7-15 business days (2-3 weeks) from the date of receipt plus the shipping time.
Will I receive a notice when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email notification that includes the shipping carrier and tracking number.
How long does it take to receive my order after it ships?
Delivery generally takes 1-4 days after your order ships. Once you receive the tracking info you will be able to see when to expect delivery.
How much does shipping cost?

How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The US Mail service will pick up the order and deliver it directly to you. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address by mistake?
Please visit the Contact Us page immediately and let us know if you have any updates to your shipping address. Please include your order number in all correspondence. If you alert us of the issue within a couple days of order placement, we will be able to make the change for you.
What if my package is missing/stolen?
Once the item is delivered to the address provided when ordering, you are responsible for retrieving it. If your provided tracking number shows that the item was delivered but you are unable to find it, please contact customer support of the delivery service (USPS, UPS, or Fedex).
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
All orders are final. The order's shipping address is the only we can adjust after order placement.
Can I return or exchange any items that I order?
No, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds as orders are custom-made upon placement, unless the order meets one of the following criteria:
- The items received do not match up with what was ordered
- The items arrived damaged or misprinted
If either of the two issues above occur, please reach out to us and we will investigate. if we find your claims to be valid, we will provide a refund or a replacement order free of charge.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. For your protection, the name and billing address you enter on your personal profile must match your credit card billing statement so we may process your order.
Is my credit card info saved after I place an order?
No, we do not save credit card information for security reasons.
How do I know if the price will be changing for an item?
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
